Birthday Parties at the Octagon Center for the Arts
 

The Octagon Center for the Arts is once again opening its doors to birthday celebrations! Book your special event today!

We will have the space, a fun themed art activity, materials and a knowledgeable instructor. 

You bring the party!

Party Rental Fees Cover:

• 2 Hours of space rental. An additional 30 minutes is available before your party's start time for decorating (upon request only).
• Art instruction for one take home project.
• All necessary art supplies.
• Set-up and Clean-up for the art project in the art studio.
• Tables and chairs for the main party area.
• Personalized Octagon birthday sign.

Party Times and Days:

Parties will be held on Saturday only, and there will only be one party per requested day so we can give your birthday party the full attention it deserves.

 Available Party Times (Saturdays only, Only one party per day):

• 12 - 2pm

• 1 - 3pm
  
• 2 - 4pm
• All parties will have a two hour block of time.

Party Rates: Includes use of space, art project supplies, instructor, tables and chairs

• 1 - 6 children (minimum amount)............... $75
• 7 - 10 children ............................................... $100
• 11 - 15 children ............................................. $125
• 16 - 20 children ............................................. $150
• 21 - 25 children ............................................. $175

When the date and time have been confirmed, a rental agreement must be submitted. The signed contract and deposit of $50 must be returned to the Octagon at least two week prior to the party. The remainder must be paid to the instructor/ staff member the day of the event.
